Flathau’s Fine Foods Beef Brisket - Fully Cooked 

Reheat directions: Thaw brisket first.  Then put brisket in a broiler pan that has room on the bottom for some water.  The water should not touch the meat.  Heat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit, and place meat on top pan.  Cover with foil and heat for 45-60 minutes.  Check center and cook until hot.  Remove, slice, and enjoy!  Serves 10-14 people.  


Flathau’s Fine Foods Pork Shoulder - Fully Cooked

Reheat directions: Thaw pork shoulder first.  Then put pork in a broiler pan that has room on the bottom for some water.  The water should not touch the meat.  Heat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit, and place meat on top pan.  Cover with foil and heat for 45-60 minutes.  Check center and cook until hot.  Remove, pull apart with meat fork or tongs, and enjoy!  Serves 10-14 people.  

Flathau’s Fine Foods Spiral Ham - Fully Cooked 

Reheat directions:  Thaw ham first.  Then put ham in a broiler pan that has room on the bottom for some water.  The water should not touch the meat.  Heat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit, and place meat on top pan.  Cover with foil and heat for 45-60 minutes.  Check center and cook until hot.  Remove and enjoy!  No slicing!  Optional sauce directions on packet.  Serves 15-20 people.  10 lb average. 

Flathau’s Fine Foods Pecan Cobbler

Thaw the Cobbler, and heat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.  Keep top on cobbler.  Warm for 10-20 minutes, remove, and enjoy!  Serves 12-15 people.  


Flathau’s Fine Foods Bread Pudding (Cooked)

Heat oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit; keep covered.  Warm for 15-20 minutes.

Flathau’s Fine Foods Cornbread Dressing (Uncooked)

Thaw first, remove lid.  Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and heat for 35-40 minutes (until center is hot).  Serves 12-15 people.  4.75 lbs. 

*If already cooked*: Warm 250 degrees fahrenheit with the top on for 20-30 minutes. Add chicken broth if it’s too dry!


Flathau’s Fine Foods Squash & Zucchini Casserole

Thaw.  Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  Take bread crumb mixture and spread evenly across casserole.  Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10-15 more minutes until bread crumb topping is golden-brown.  Serves 12-15 people. 


Flathau’s Fine Foods Sweet Potato Casserole (Raw)

Thaw first.  Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and heat for 35-40 minutes.  Serves 12-15 people; 4.75 lbs. 

*If already cooked*: Warm at 250 degrees Fahrenheit with the top on for 20-30 minutes.  Check center to see if it’s hot.  


Cream Corn Pudding (Uncooked)

Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit; Bake for 30-45 minutes.  If it starts to brown, cover it.  Check the center with a toothpick: If clean when pulled out, the pudding is done. 

*If already cooked*: Warm at 250 degrees Fahrenheit with the top on for 20-30 minutes.  Check the center to see if it’s hot.

Tip: Pour some chicken broth over it before heating to keep from drying out.
